The following documents will be necessary for you to submit to the Boston City Campus and Business Institution: They consist of:

Your passport if you are an international student or a South African citizen’s ID; your parent’s ID or passport if you are under the age of 18; your National Senior Certificate if you have already matriculated; your June 12th grade results with the school’s stamp as soon as they become available. It can also be sent to studentadmin@ufs.ac.za via email, particularly if you have applied for a selection program. Your academic record is only required if you are a current student at another institution of higher learning in the United States and you have received accreditation from the examination board for South African universities. For a conditional exemption, foreign conditional exemption, or mature age conditional exemption, go to mb.usaf.ac.za.

A certified copy of your ID document (ID document required for SA citizens – your application cannot be processed without a certified copy of your ID and Passport Number for International Applicants) Proof of payment for your registration fee (required for SA and international applicants) Final grades from 12 (if they are available) If you are currently in grade 12, your grade 11 results are very important for your application. Application fee

All applicants (for online applications) are required to pay a R 120.00 application fee that is non-refundable. Please deposit using the bank information listed below and upload the deposit slip along with the other required documents.
