When to Apply for the Doxa Deo School of Divinity Application Forms for the Year 2024

The Doxa Deo School of Divinity Online Application for the Year 2024 is Open from July 1 to November 30 of the following year. As a result, prospective students at Doxa Deo School of Divinity are encouraged to submit their applications for the 2024 academic year via the application form (Hard-Copy) online as soon as possible.

All applicants (for online applications) are required to pay a R 120.00 application fee that is non-refundable. Please deposit using the bank information listed below and upload the deposit slip along with the other required documents.

Doxa Deo School of Divinity Application General Requirements

You will be required to submit the following documents to the Doxa Deo School of Divinity. They consist of:

Your passport if you are an international student or a South African citizen’s ID; your parent’s ID or passport if you are under the age of 18; your National Senior Certificate if you have already matriculated; your June 12th grade results with the school’s stamp as soon as they become available. It can also be sent to studentadmin@ufs.ac.za via email, particularly if you have applied for a selection program. Your academic record is only required if you are a current student at another institution of higher learning in the United States and you are accredited by the examination board for South African universities. For a conditional exemption, foreign conditional exemption, or mature age conditional exemption, go to mb.usaf.ac.za.

Entry Requirements

Matriculation Certificate (prior 2008)

By changing their grade symbols to an APS, students who successfully completed 12th grade prior to 2008 can apply for admission to the university with the standard 12th grade Senior Certificate and receive full university exemption.

National Certificate (Vocational)

Students who have successfully completed a National Certificate Vocational NC(V) Level 4 qualification will be subject to Faculty Admission Specifications and Placement Tests. These requirements include the following:
Certificate at NC(V) level 4 with three fundamental subjects at 60% (including Life Orientation) and four relevant vocational subjects at 70% for degree programs.
NC(V) level 4 certificate with three mandatory vocational subjects at 60% for diploma programs and three fundamental subjects at 50% (including Life Orientation).
