  The former Port Shepstone and Enyenyezi Technical Colleges were combined to form the College in 2003.
  Esayidi TVET College strives to be a leading provider of current, superior-quality, and reasonably priced TVET education in a safe and secure environment.
  The College has six campuses and numerous Community Development Centers spread out across the Southern KZN Region. Students who have excelled academically but require financial assistance are given financial aid.
  Students who demonstrate academic merit and financial need are given bursaries by the Department of Higher Education and Training.
