The SC5 hold indicates that a student has an outstanding balance on their student account that needs to be settled prior to doing the online registration. Click here to find out more. | ||

| Identity document outstanding (SS4) | The SS4 hold indicates that a students passport/national ID is outstanding. The student will be required to scan and upload a .PDF copy of their passport/national ID. Click here to find out more. | |||
| Matric certificate outstanding (SS5) | As a returning student (second year/postgraduate) you are required to submit a grade 12 certificate to the university. Students with this hold are required to scan and upload a .PDF copy of their grade 12 certificate. Click here to find out more. | |||

As a first-year student you are required to submit your results to Universities South Africa (formerly HESA) and obtain your certificate. Students will be required to scan and upload .PDF copies of their certificate and results. | |||
