Online Application for North-West University
The procedure for applying online is outlined below.
Get a student ID first.
Step 2 should be skipped if you already have a student number.
- visit the application’s website
- Select “New application.”
- After clicking the Create New Student Number button, complete all of the fields.

- Enter both the student number you were given and your PIN number when logging in.
Step 3: What would you like to study?
Complete each and every field. By reading the yearbooks, you can learn more about the requirements, methods of delivery, and curriculum.
Step 4: Submit supporting documentation
Undergraduate students
Please upload the listed supporting documents so that we can take your application into consideration. Any incomplete application may be rejected by the University at its discretion:
If you have already completed grades 12 or 11, you must also submit a copy of your matric diploma (only final results).
After the NWU receives the improved results, applicants who are currently working on improving their grade 12 results will not be considered.
Applicants who follow the Cambridge, GED, or any other non-NSC curriculum, or who may be exempt due to advanced age or post-school credentials, must submit a certificate of exemption to the USAF.
