How to Apply UFS online 2024-2025

This page will teach you how to apply online for UFS in 2024-2025.

APPLICATIONS TO STUDY AT THE UFS ARE COMPLETELY FREE.

APPLY ONLINE: Go to https://apply.ufs.ac.za. If you have a working email address and a mobile device nearby, you will find it easier to access and complete the online application form.

Submit your electronic application after completing each step. Fill out the application completely; for example, indicate in the appropriate section if you require on-campus housing or financial aid.

Please include PDF or JPEG copies of the following documents with your undergraduate application:

• If you are an international student, bring your passport; if you are a South African citizen, bring your ID.
• If you are under the age of 18, you must present your parent’s ID or passport. If you have already graduated, the National Senior Certificate is available to you.
• The institution’s official stamp on your final Grade 11 results
• As soon as the June results for grade 12 with the school’s stamp are available, they will be posted. Send your selection program application to studentadmin@ufs.ac.za as well.
• Your academic background, but only if you are currently enrolled at another institution that has received USAF accreditation from the South African universities examination board. To apply for a conditional exemption, a foreign conditional exemption, or a mature age conditional exemption, go to mb.usaf.ac.za.

• Use our Students Portal to apply and register by clicking the provided link.
