How to register UFS Online 2024-2025

This page will teach you how to sign up for UFS Online 2024-2025.

How to Register for the UFS

• In step one, go to https://www.ufs.ac.za/studyoffer to accept your admission offer.
• STEP 2: Log in to the Oracle PeopleSoft system with your student ID and password.
• STEP 3: On the PeopleSoft Student Homepage, click the Tasks tile to select the assignment. There will be a task titled “Registration 2021” under the “Tasks” tile.
• On the left side of the Student Task WorkCentre page, the various tasks are listed. STEP 4: Finish the assignment by completing the tasks listed there. You can log out and back in again to continue working on the various tasks until you’re finished.
• Check your proof of registration to ensure it includes all of the modules (courses) you selected in STEP 5. The Proof of Registration, which is also available on the Student Centre page, will be linked in an email sent to you after you register.

The following are important dates for online registration:

• To enter the campus beginning February 14, 2024, all staff, enrolled students, and visitors who have not received the SARS vaccine must upload a weekly negative SARS (COVID-19) PCR test here or present a written exemption from the Vaccination Exemption Committee. If you have been immunized and your vaccination certificate has been entered into the UFS system, you will be able to enter the campus using a permanent QR code and your staff or student campus access card.
• On https://www.ufs.ac.za/return-to-campus, you can find detailed information about the campus’s return in 2024, the operationalization and implementation of the COVID-19 Regulations and Required Vaccination Policy, and the new campus gate screening procedure.
