How to Apply for Admission to the University of Johannesburg The University of Johannesburg is now accepting applications online for the 2024–2025 academic year.

Johannesburg University The steps to apply for admission to the University of Johannesburg in 2024 are outlined below. Online applications can be challenging, especially if you’re applying for the first time.

Step 1: For applicants seeking undergraduate or graduate admission, visit the University of Johannesburg’s website and select the Admission > Apply for Admission link (UJ Online Application). After that, you have the option of choosing what to do and moving on to the registration, application, and document uploading stages. You can access the University of Johannesburg’s Online Application System by clicking on this link.
Step 2: Online registration is available for the University of Johannesburg classes. You will be taken to the University of Johannesburg Online Application System form, where you must enter all required information, after clicking the link in step one above. The first-time applicants have never used the University of Johannesburg’s online application system before and do not already have accounts with a username and password. Register first if this is your first time applying. During the registration stage, you are required to provide your name, email address, password, program type, and qualification mode.
You are required to upload supporting documentation for Step 3; This step must be completed by all new qualification candidates (first-time applicants and University of Johannesburg students beginning a new qualification). The deadline for submitting the application is the same as the deadline for uploading the required files. Applications received after the deadline will not be considered. At the University of Johannesburg, scanners and other electronic equipment are not available. Please ensure that your documents have been scanned and uploaded to an electronic device prior to beginning the UJ Online Application process.
The fourth step is to pay the application fee through the University of Johannesburg after receiving your student ID. For the application fee, use the reference number and your University of Johannesburg student number (for example, STUDENT NUMBER 5370810030). Your application will be considered and processed once you have paid the fee. Please be aware that this fee cannot be exchanged for cash.
