NWU application opening and closing dates

Please submit your application during the application cycle before the deadline to ensure that it is considered. Every year, applications are accepted from March 1 to September 30.

NWU Online Admission Application Requirements
All new applicants must upload all required documentation, which frequently includes the following:

a copy of your academic transcript (eg Senior Certificate)
A copy of your official tertiary academic record, if applicable (internet copies will not be accepted)
Students in the RSA should bring a copy of their ID or passport (international students)
If applicable, a copy of your divorce decree or marriage certificate (applicable)
Documents in languages other than Afrikaans or English must have sworn translations.

To complete the application, you must have an email address.
South African applicants will need to provide an ID number. Candidates from other countries will need to provide their passport numbers.
Your deposit slip, along with the other required documents, must be uploaded.
