NWU Online Registration Procedures

• Please visit the following website to enroll with NWU: studies.nwu.ac.za.
  Use your student ID and password to log in.
  After selecting “Registration,” select “Self-Registration.” Click “Next” after making your qualification selection.
  To use the “Pre-requisite Test,” click “Next.” The modules for which you can register will now be displayed.
  Select the appropriate modules for registration. Make use of the online tool that can help you register faculty.
  It is necessary to select the “Personal Information” option (POPIA). If at all possible, provide accurate “contact information.”
  The notification indicates that the student has accepted the contract’s terms. “Promise accepted” It will state, “Registration was successful.”
  The student’s provided email address will receive an email containing proof of registration.

• Please keep in mind that each and every applicant needs to speak with the Global Engagement Office first. No registrations will be accepted without prior discussion.

Global Engagement Office Conditions

Electronic communication is used in this office. In a single email, include the following information:

• The student number, registration year, level, and campus are the subject fields.
• Color-scanned copies of your green identification card, if applicable, and any other document granting you permission to live in South Africa.
• The requirement to provide proof of health insurance only applies to PRP holders. You must also provide documentation of your MMR, meningitis, and yellow fever vaccinations, if required.
• a list of the vaccinations you received during the previous registration year. Adults must receive MMR for the rest of their lives, and meningitis must be tested every five years.
