- Please keep in mind that each and every applicant needs to speak with the Global Engagement Office first. No registrations will be accepted without prior discussion.
Global Engagement Office Conditions
Electronic communication is used in this office. In a single email, include the following information:
- Subject fields include student number, registration year, level, and campus color. If you are a non-South African citizen and are not a South African national, scanned copies of your passport, visa, or any other permit allowing you to live in the RSA Green ID Book are required. Medical insurance documentation (waived only for PRP holders) MMR, meningitis, and, if applicable, yellow fever vaccination records are also required.
- Keep a record of the vaccinations you received during the previous registration year.
- Adults can get MMR for life, but meningitis vaccinations need to be given every five years.
