Qualitas Career Academy online registration dates 2024-2025

The Qualitas Career Academy management has opened the student registration portal, allowing new and returning students to register for semester-long courses at the diploma, undergraduate, and graduate levels. The closing of the registration portal and specific registration dates and deadlines have been established. To avoid losing your studentship at Qualitas Career Academy, it is best to register early, as late registration will not be accepted.

The institution determines the registration submission timeline for the semester’s courses and modules by setting the registration deadline or closing date. The student registration portal typically opens two to one month after the submission deadline for South African universities and colleges.

Registration fee

All applicants must pay an R 120.00 non-refundable registration fee (for online applications). Please deposit using the bank information listed below and upload the deposit slip along with the other required documents.

The Qualitas Career Academy Admission Registration Closing Date 2024 has been set as follows: Applications for undergraduates will close at the end of September 2023, and applications for postgraduates will close on November 13, 2023.

Undergrad capabilities (higher declarations, confirmations, and degrees, high-level authentications, high-level recognitions, BTechs, and postgraduate endorsements):

Students new to the program and returning students (for semester module qualifications): 9 to 26 June 2023: New students for undersold CAES and CSET qualifications: Between June 9 and August 5, 2023, students awaiting semester 1 results and additions: From June 9 to August 5, 2023

Qualitas Career Academy Necessary Documents for Registration

You will be required to submit the following documents to the Qualitas Career Academy. They consist of:

Your passport if you are an international student or a South African citizen’s ID; your parent’s ID or passport if you are under the age of 18; your National Senior Certificate if you have already matriculated; your June 12th grade results with the school’s stamp as soon as they become available. It can also be sent to studentadmin@ufs.ac.za by email, especially if you have applied for a selection program. Your academic record, but only if you are currently enrolled in another higher education institution USAF accreditation from the examination board for South African universities Apply to mb.usaf.ac.za for restrictive exclusion, unfamiliar contingent exception, or mature age restrictive exception.
