Rhodes is the only university in South Africa that is not located in a major city. It is one of the few universities that is focused on research. Undergraduate courses often include service learning, in which students use their education to get involved in their communities through a variety of projects. This position is a lot related to how much students learn.

Student fees (estimate)

Estimated student fees range from R32 120 to R55 770. Depending on the degree, you might spend about R6 050 on books and office supplies.

Eligibility for Rhodes Online in 2024-2025 is required.

a signed copy of your O/A Levels, National Senior/Matric Certificate, or any other relevant credentials from school. a signed copy of your ID or passport.
You are required to submit official documentation from Universities in South Africa (formerly known as HESA) demonstrating your eligibility for enrollment in degree programs at South African universities if you are an international applicant. A current study permit is necessary for prospective international students.
