Taletso TVET College was created through the merger of Lehurutshe College of Education, Mafikeng College, and Lichtenburg College.
The Central Office is housed in the same yard as Mafikeng Campus, and all three campuses are situated in the North West Province’s Ngaka Modiri Molema District Municipality, about 80 kilometers apart.
However, the college is open to students from other regions as well. Students from Itsoseng, Bodibe, Lichtenburg, Boikhutso, Biesiesvlei, Sannieshof, Ottosdal, Coligny, Mafikeng, Lehurutshe, Zeerust, and Botswana are targeted.
We provide courses in business studies, engineering, and national certificate vocational (NC (V)) that prepare students to enter the workforce right away after completing their degrees.
This means that when students enroll in TVET courses, the instruction and course materials they get will help them develop their abilities so they may excel in a certain profession.

The National Vocational Certificate (NCV) TVET College Bursary Program of the Department of Education aids or proposes to assist students who are unable to finance their education in TVET Colleges for NCV programs. PROGRAMS OFFERED AT TALETSO TVET COLLEGE

Student applicants for the DHET Bursary must fulfill the following requirements:

Be a South African Citizen
Must be registered for the NC(V) or Report 191 Program at the College
Financially needy
Able to demonstrate potential for academic success

APPLICATION DEADLINE

The 2024–2025 academic year at Taletso Tvet College will have an online application period that runs from July 1 through September 25.

HOW TO APPLY

or Pick up an application form on the campus of the institution.
-Show or provide verification of the application fee
-Provide all necessary documentation, including a valid ID and certified test results or certificates.
-If necessary, provide identification for the parents, guardian, or death certificate.
-Send out municipal billing documents and other account statements (not older than 3 months)
-Where applicable, international students must present their passport identification.
International students must present a valid student visa during the application procedure. Postgraduate applicants must only submit their applications online.

CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY

An application fee is due from the applicant.
The applicant must have a functioning email address (note: applicants who do not have an active email account will not be accepted).
The minimum age requirement for applicants is 18, and they must provide identification.
A legitimate ID-validated test results, or a certificate should be submitted as proof.

Foreign nationals require both a passport and a study permit.
