This page contains information about UKZN online registration for the academic years 2024-2025.
- This information encourages prospective University of Kwazulu-Natal UKZN students to complete the online application form OR download it from the university’s website.
- Every student who wants to start a new qualification must apply to the University of Kwazulu-Natal (UKZN) through the online application system.
The University of Kwazulu-Natal UKZN’s online application window is now open.
- First-time Applicants to Kwazulu-Natal University (UKZN)
- Students seeking new certifications and/or specializations
- Applicants who previously applied for admission but were not accepted, or who were accepted but did not register
Students who have completed an advanced certificate program or another program and want to continue their studies at the undergraduate level.
UKZN Registration Deadlines
- MBCHB’s June 30th
- All other programs come to an end on September 30th.
FEES FOR REGISTRATION FOR UKZN
- R240 (SA citizen)
- R300 (International student)
- R465 (Late application fee for SA citizens)
- R575 (Late application fee for international students)
The Registration Procedure for UKZN
Before registering, you must ensure the following:
- You have received financial clearance, been fully admitted (a firm offer) to the desired degree, and cleared and/or removed all system holds on your student account in accordance with University policies and procedures.
How can I register online?
- completing all prerequisites for registration (above)
- Go to sc.ukzn.ac.za to access the website.
- Your student ID has been delivered.
- Click the login button after entering your new or old password.
- Select Register on I-Enabler from the administrative tab, then click Continue.
- Click UKZN web registration on the left side of the screen, then follow the on-screen instructions for each step.
- If you made a mistake, click Cancel Subject to begin again. To change the selection on the previous screen, press “Restart
- Process,” or “Previous” to return to the current screen.
- To obtain student cards, new students must present their ID book to Risk Management Services.
- Please keep in mind that the registration fee and session sign-up deadlines remain in effect.
