- The former Medical University of Southern Africa and the University of the North merged to form the University of Limpopo on January 1, 2005.
- The Medical University of Southern Africa (MEDUNSA) was established in 1976 to address the country’s healthcare needs by providing higher education and training facilities to the educationally disadvantaged in medicine, allied health and nursing sciences, and dentistry.
Dates of Application Opening and Closing for University of Limpopo
- From April to November, the University of Limpopo (UL) Online Application for 2024 is open. Prospective students are encouraged to apply early for the academic year 2024 using the online application form (Hard-Copy).
- College of Limpopo fee for applications
- All applicants must pay an R 120.00 non-refundable application fee (for online applications). Please deposit using the bank information provided below and upload the deposit slip along with the remaining paperwork.
