In accordance with the Higher Education Act No. 1, Walter Sisulu University (WSU) was established on July 1, 2005. 101 of 1997, modified
Walter Max Ulyate Sisulu, a famous figure in the liberation movement in South Africa and a close ally of Nelson Mandela, is the name of the new university.
In October 2011, the Council, Management, and WSU stakeholders requested that WSU be placed under management.
On April 30, 2014, this presidency came to an end. Over the past two and a half years, numerous new procedures and systems have been implemented to stabilize the university and set it on a new course.

Checking the Status of a 2024 WSU Application

Apply Online

Go to http://ngpi.wallst.ru/index-43.htm to register for the online system. making use of your email address and a password
A link to activate your account will be sent to you via email after that.
